Refund policy
Castle Creations Boutique strives for to ensure customer satisfaction every time. If you are not be satisfied with your item, you are more than welcome to return your item(s) for store credit. Please email us your order number and item being returned along with the reason and once approved we will send you an RMA number. Please put the order number in the subject line of the email
Merchandise can be returned for a store credit within 7 days of the order and must be postmarked back to us by the 10th day after delivery. We do not offer direct refunds only store credits. Items must be returned in the original condition with no indication of wear, altering, damage, staining, odor, deodorant, make up, etc. Please be careful with with regards to make up and deodorant when trying items on. FINAL SALE ITEMS are not eligible for exchange or store credit. This includes items such as clearance, jewelry and items specifically marked "final sale".
Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with shipping your item back to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping except in cases where the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent. Please use the most cost efficient method. If you select an exchange, we will do our best to accommodate you if the item is still available. If it is not available, a store credit will be issued.
You will receive notifications every step of the way. The return process generally takes 7-10 days. During holidays and peak seasons, returns could take up to 14 days. We ask for your patience around holidays.Â
Please ensure you ship your item back within the return window. Items sent outside of the return window will not be accepted. Returns sent outside of the window will result in the customer absorbing the cost of having it returned to them.
